✨ A new milestone has been reached within the Cityforward portfolio.

We are pleased to announce that the permit has now been granted for our Palmerston residential project in Brussels.

📍 The project involves the conversion of two former office buildings on Avenue Palmerston into residential units, combined with the demolition of an existing garage on Rue des Éburons to make way for a new residential building.

Beyond the transformation itself, the development aims to:
🌿 Reduce density within the inner block by removing outdated annexes
🌳 Create new green open spaces in full soil
🏛️ Integrate contemporary architecture that respects the surrounding heritage, notably the nearby listed Hôtel Van Eetvelde
🚀 With this key approval secured, the project is now moving into its next phases, bringing us closer to delivering high-quality, sustainable housing in Brussels.
