About The Building

ILO is an iconic development made up of 12 buildings located around an inner courtyard at the entrance of the Rue de la Loi.

This project will redefine urban living through a carefully curated mix of 70% office spaces and 30% dedicated to housing, shops and amenities.

By activating the ground floor, introducing a substantial residential component, integrating neighbourhood services and creating a new pedestrian and cyclist connection, the project enhances the liveability of the urban fabric and brings a more human scale to the block.

  1. The “Head” has a more institutional character facing Schuman, conceived as a contemporary and sustainable reinterpretation of the large office complex.

  2. The “Plaza” forms the intermediate scale of the site, acting as a new urban connector between the Schuman Square and European Area.

  3. The “European Quarter” focuses on renovating office buildings, largely converting them into housing, to foster programmatic diversity through a calmer architecture.
